Storage and Retention of Face Data

Face data and related analysis information may be stored on user devices, within cloud databases operated by Volashes, through secure cloud storage providers, and through infrastructure used to provide AI-powered functionality.

Face data is retained until the user deletes the associated content, deletes their account, or requests deletion. Users may request deletion by contacting Volashes.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Lash Atlas, provide AI analysis, generate lash recommendations, enable virtual try-on functionality, save and synchronize content, manage subscriptions, improve app performance, provide customer support, detect fraud and security issues, and comply with legal obligations.
